Payment and Shipping

Once payment has been received by PAYPAL the items will be shipped by Royal Mail, UK Shipping is free. International costumers please contact us for postage costs to other countries outside of the UK.

In relation to international purchases, the buyer is responsible fo any local taxes or customs duties. For EU purchasers please be aware that a customs declaration form is required from us for each delivery.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy t0 accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging used for delivery. Return postage to be paid by the buyer.

Damaged or faulty goods

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will discuss options, arrange replacement or full refund as required.
